Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your dog grooming appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee being charged to your account. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Payment Terms
Payment for grooming services is due at the time of booking. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments. Please make sure to settle the payment before the scheduled appointment to avoid any inconvenience.
Photo Permissions
By booking a grooming session with Millie's, you agree to allow us to take photos of your dog before, during, and after the grooming process. These photos may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media channels. If you have any concerns regarding this, please let us know in advance.
Matting
If we come across matting, we would have to give a short haircut in the interest of well-being of the dog. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree on letting us give the necessary procedures.
